5. Cancellations, Returns, and Warranty

5.1 Standard Returns: You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, you must inform us in writing. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to collect them. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5.2 Warranty for Defective Goods: We offer a 12-month warranty for defects due to faulty design, materials, or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect. The warranty is invalidated if the goods are not assembled by our team or agents. White goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only.

6. Additional Fees

6.1 Additional fees may apply in the following circumstances: cancellation on the day of delivery, inability to deliver goods due to access issues, partial cancellation on the day of delivery, and if return visits are required. These fees will be communicated to you as necessary.

7. Services

7.1 We will make every effort to complete any agreed services within the specified timescales.

7.2 If we require information from you to perform the services, and you do not provide it, we may suspend the services until you do. We will not be liable for delays caused by your failure to provide necessary information.

7.3 If services are delayed due to technical problems, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for services while they are suspended.

7.4 We retain all intellectual property rights in any designs or layouts we create for you.

7.5 If there is a defect in the services provided, please notify us as soon as possible. We will remedy the defect at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellation of Services

8.1 If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract for services within 14 days of entering into the contract. If you cancel after services have begun, you may be required to pay for services provided up to the point of cancellation.

8.2 You may cancel the contract with immediate effect if we breach the contract materially and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable time.
